RETURN POLICY
All claims or exchange request must be emailed to cs@shopellegrey.com within 7 days of the date
received. Upon approval, merchandise can be shipped back to our warehouse at the buyer’s expense to:

All returns are for store credit only. The original shipping cost will not be credited.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with original packing.
There is a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise without its original packaging.
Any merchandise that shows sign of wear, damage, alterations (including tag change, stains, make up,
deodorant, perfume or smoke smells, etc.) are not be eligible for return.
We will not accept any merchandise returns after 7 days from the date received.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Cancellation due to change of mind will be issued credit only.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the condition of the merchandise as soon as the package is received.
Any damage/defect must be reported at cs@shopellegrey.com with written detail and images within 7
days of receipt of merchandise.
Upon review we will issue return label and the return must be send within 7 days.
Credit/refund will be issued upon receiving the merchandise.
Elle Grey is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the shipment of the merchandise. Also
we are not responsible for lost, stolen or returned packages due to receiver’s absence.
